Things to Know Before you Apply to Vend at EZF

  • EZF is located in Everett, Washington but ANYONE making zines, indie comix, and self-publishing work is welcome to apply to vend. If you’re able to physically make it to the fest, you’re welcome to apply!
  • Applications are open from January 12-30, 2026. All applicants will be notified of acceptance or not by Feb 14, 2026.
  • First time & experience vendors welcome!
  • Zine Fest will be open to the public from 11 AM to 5 PM. Everyone will need to arrive at the venue for setup no later than 10:30, and we will need to be completely out by 6 PM.
    • At this time, we are not considering folks for ½ day slots, but if this is something you need, please contact us and we can discuss further.
  • We expect to be able to accept 18-25 vendors depending on set up size. A “half table” is approx. 4’ by 3’, a “full table” is 8’. We will do our best to accommodate full table setups.
    • Table Fees: half table – $15; full table – $30.
  • 70% of your area must be zines/comix, etc. the rest can be any other related material: art prints, stickers, fliers, buttons, etc. Please leave unrelated material at home (e.g.: if you also make candles, this isn’t the place for that; but if you make crochet versions of characters in your comic, that would be fine!)
  • 18+ material is acceptable, but since this is an all-ages event, it must be labeled. Acceptable labels would be “18+” (or similar note) on the cover OR something like a bookmark that notes adult content.
  • NO GENERATIVE AI CONTENT WILL BE ALLOWED. No exceptions.
  • Please keep all displays below approx. 3’. If you have questions about suitability of displays, feel free to reach out.
  • Masking Policy: masking is STRONGLY encouraged. I will provide N95s at the door – free to the public & all attendees.
  • This is the first Evergreen Zine Fest – and, I think, the first zine fest in Everett – so we’re doing our best, but there may be some bumps along the way. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Sully at evergreenzineunion@gmail.com.
